The Field Work PHMSA Expects.Scheduled. Done. Proven.
Valves, leak surveys, regulator stations and relief devices each run on their own interval, and the record of the work is often a paper form in a truck. X3 Pipeline Field turns every recurring task into a work order on its legal interval, closes it out in the field and keeps the proof.

The Valve Was Inspected. The Form Is in a Truck in Another County.
A technician partially operates a valve, writes the result on a paper form and puts it on the dash. The next one to look for it is an inspector, a year later, who wants to see that every valve in the system was done inside 15 months.
The work was done. The proof never made it back.

Every Recurring Task, a Work Order on Its Interval.
List your valves, stations and leak survey areas once. X3 turns every recurring O&M duty into a work order with its legal date, assigned to a person qualified to do it.
Schedule
Every recurring task with its PHMSA interval and its next date, by system and by person.
Valves
Inspected and partially operated each year for gas and twice a year for liquid mainline valves.
Leak surveys
Each survey area on its legal frequency, every leak graded and every grade on its repair clock.
Stations
Regulating and limiting stations, relief devices and overpressure protection tested each year.
Field log
The reading, the result, a note and who did it, entered on a phone in the field.
Findings
Every defect found becomes a finding with an owner and a date to fix it.
A paper form is a promise. A closed work order is proof.
One Schedule for Every Truck.

Why per mile. Pipeline work grows with miles of pipe: patrols, test stations, valves, leak surveys and assessments all scale with the system. So X3 Pipeline is priced per regulated mile. Every product has a monthly minimum that covers your first 100 miles, because every operator carries the same fixed work whatever its size: written procedures, an OQ program, an emergency plan and annual reports. Each mile after that adds a small amount. All nine products cost about four times one, so running the whole loop is the better deal, and paying for a year gets you twelve months for the price of ten.
Prices in US dollars. Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled.
